REFUND POLICY

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost/stolen packages. Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged.

If you've been shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or if your item is damaged upon arrival, our team may refund your money in full.

If you'd like to return an item for a size exchange, contact us and we can help if there's stock available.

For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information and proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed it should automatically return to us. This process unfortunately is out of our control and we have no way of knowing how long it may take to return to us.

Once it is returned, we will refund you for your order, minus any charges we may receive for the shipping back to us.

We will contact you before we issue the refund, If you choose for the package to be reshipped you will have to pay for the shipping again.
